gap or old navy!! im 5'3 and alot of my friends are 5 ft. its the best fit for us short people. I just so happen to have longer legs but all my friends who have short legs and are 5 ft and under wear gap and old navy. the styles fit anyone of any shape and size.

You are really asking for a lot here...A shop in Dubai, with hard to find sizes of denim jeans, that aren't expensive?
Specialty sizes will *always* be expensive. I would suggest buying jeans you think would fit, in a petite size-they are generally shorter. If they are too long, have your friend get them altered (hemmed at a tailor or dry cleaners for about $10)
You also might trying to shop online...google 'petite denim' and find your size, brand, price. I can only suggest expensive ($158 Joe's Jeans) brands, sorry.
Or - get a different gift for your friend. Good luck.

Vintage jeans, the overly bell-bottom ones, are great. Get them hemmed and they'll still have flare.

well for a five foot person i would say look in the childrens area cause i know it would be very hard to find some stuff like that everywhere
