Hi. I am a average male of 23 years. I normally have sex sex, except of late I was given oral sex by random partners. I have these small zits on my penis (the back of my shaft) and when I squeeze them a white substances comes out and this fills back again. Do all men have them? Is this normal? Should I get tested? I am scared. Someone please give me a professional answer. Any doctor out there? Is it just fat deposits?

I love how everyone jumps to STD's and slams your head against the wall.

Here is one option. It depends on exactly what you mean though. I for instance, Under my penis towards the head on the foreskin thats left (circumsized) will occassionally get small white spots that are pinhead size at best usually, if you squeeze them you will get a white kinda firm substance out of them, this for instance is the same substance you would get out of your face, back or anywhere else. It is excess sebum that clogs any pores. Your penis is naturally oily and lubricated and the pores do get clogged even with regular cleaning. You might not ever even notice that you have these spots unless you look really closely. If this isn't what you are talking about and it is more like a blister with puss, then you might want to check into a doctors visit, but think rationally first and make sure you are not just sweating for nothing.

Well when whites went to Africa to get slaves, remember; they brought with them the strongest, healthiest, most resilient, toughest young black males they could find. Now you look at the whites that left Europe. They were whites that were losing a battle to some other nation, weren't they (correct me if I'm wrong)? So African Americans are going to be stronger and more able-bodied than white Americans. I think we African Americans are the stronger Africans. The ones in Africa may be a little weaker.

Get yourself tested for STD's. Oral sex w/random partners doesn't sound like a smart activity!

It's not normal. I would see a doctor; nothing to be embarrassed about. You want to be SURE it's not an STD, and if it is, then you need to get it treated ASAP. You should get tested by a medical doctor yes.

I have them to, and I had them even before I was sexually active, I am still with the woman I lost my virginity too, [and she lost it to me] so I assume I don't have an STD.

I am a doctor and everyone here is wrong. They are normal sebaceous glands that are filling up in the moist environment down there. It is not herpes or any STD.

Don't believe everything you read on Yahoo.

They are normal and many men have them. They cause no harm and cannot harm your partner.

I have them too, they are normal. Many guys have them.

When I was 13 and they first came, I went to my dad and asked him about them. He had them as well. They are just little bumps and cause no harm.

Well, it isn't herpes, herpes is like cold sores except down there, it is most likely a skin condition you haven't noticed until now. It doesn't sound like an STD I've ever heard of.

There are some STD's that can cause this, some skin conditions not STD related can also cause this. Talk to your doctor.
