Best. Running. Song. Ever. is? It is by Jeff Beck, it is on his album Who Else? and it is called Space for the Papa. It is a fantastic song and works perfectly for running. In fact, you have probably heard it and didn't know it since it is the "unofficial" Ironman song. That is where I first heard it.

hi while im running i listen to all kinds of music if im out for a jog it will be a slow beat slow tempo but if im out for a brisk run i will put something faster on but im going for a sprint then its gotta be faaster beats and faster tempo its how your brain reacts to sound
