Go to the doc. I tried all the over-the-counter stuff and it didn't work. If you had it as bad as I did, they'll give you a pill and some creams. Don't use normal soap, just use facial wash until you can see a doc. I recommend the Nivea for men facial scrub once every other day.

Go see a dermatologist(skin doctor). They will help you figure the cause. Food is not really the cause(chocolate is not a cause unless you are allergic to it.) It's hormones and bacteria. I hear a lot of people say Proactive is a good product but it's kind of expensive. The Dermatologist is your best bet.

polysporn on scares, and use oxy deep cleaning pads, then use a product called acnomal (works really really gud) and if ur a girl (or a guy) use foundation to cover those pimples or sacres. Make sure you clean ur face with oxy pads before u go to bed, and then use some sort of mosterizing cream (i use ponds) then use the acnomal. Dont forget to drink lots of water! ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO DRINK WATER. this all coming from a straight male.

If you would simply wash your face regularly, twice a day at least. None of that should be a problem. Regular washing will prevent most pimples.
Use a mild soap, ivory or if your skin is sensitive, use a cleaner made for it. Phisoderm is one, I think?

I use proactive, it helps some, but you need to drink alot of water, and don't touch your face with your hands unless they are clean.
I really like step 1 in proactive's 3 step process. I also REALLY like their face mud.
go to www.proactive.com and try a starter kit - about $25

Don't pop them!
Wash your face daily. Your skin is a direct reflection of what you eat. If you give your body good, healthy foods, then it will show you nice looking skin. Junk food like chocolate and chips will make it worse.
