Well its very difficult to remove trojans manually. You need to have a good antivirus software with updated virus definations. One you have done the complete system scan, delete all the files which are found infected.
Follow the document below and make the necessary registry changes.
http://www.precisesecurity.com/computer-virus/avtzf-dec016.htm
As for making registry changes, I would advice you to back up your registry before making any changes in there. While following the document it will ask you to disable system restore which means if you've deleted some other keys in registry which starts giving you a new problem you wont be able to restore your system back so Click on Start, click on run and type there "regedit" without quotes.
Now click on File and then click on Export and choose "all" under the export range. Give a name to your registry back up and store it under my documents. Now follow the above document. Delete only the suggested keys. If everything goes fine, then you can very well delete that registry backup file.

To remove a registry value, start regedit and navigate to the key containing the value you want to delete. In the right pane, select the key and press delete. You will get a dialog asking whether you are sure you want to delete the value, and when you press yes it is gone irretrievably!
Having said all of this, I would first try an antivirus program to do most of the work.

You have to be very careful when editing your Registry...you can make your computer unusable if you do the wrong thing. Go to Start then Run and type regedit and then click OK. The values are in the right pane and the keys are in the left pane.

Please stop removing Zlob manually. If you are not very familiar with the Registry you will do more damage than good.
Zlob can be completely removed with a program at this site. It takes time and patience to do it, but its less time and patience than if you screw up your computer.

Windows works with the registry...
If you change a key value in registry, whole OS will Shut Down, and you have to reinstall..
but you can safely see the registry by
Start -> Run
Type "regedit"(without quotes)
