is there anyway you can read your text messages after theyve been deleted?

i deleted some of my texts and i need a certain one back. my friend deleted it from trash also so now i cant read it. if there is anyway you can get it back by either calling tmobile or going on the website. its really important. i have a sidekick 3 so if anyone knows please help.

No possible way. You can access your interface online at t-mobile.com to view your sidekick contents however it doesn't store texts.

try calling the cell phone company
