What year were you born? If you are right on the cusp it could have been different for that year? Also what time of day and where? Most books will say you're a Scorpio because they just list by date and don't take into account the slight deviations based on exact time and place. Think about it. If you were born in New York City at 4am the stars are in a different position in the sky then they would be if you were born at 4am in Los Angeles.
Well based on your time if you were born anywhere in the continental US you are actually a Sagittarius since the sign changed at 11:05am EST.
If you tell me what city I can be more accurate as far as rising and moon signs.

it depends on how you behave. if you are a snobbish educated type you will be considered the sag man. if you are quiet and well dress more like the scorpio.
