i need help on how to defeat that guy that grows bigger in the battle place. I can't beat him. i need help. any stratigies or anything. please help. the site arent helpin please help!

Beating up the first guy is easy enough. The second guy I'll go into detail here in a moment. Beating Mongul is easy, too; just block his attacks and hit him once he's done. Also hit him when he's accepting praise from the audience. To beat the second guy:
Overkhast ("overcast") is a tricky one, and one who really PISSES ME OFF! He's easy to beat up when he's human-sized, but here's how to fight his hologram:
Pick up objects (the bigger the better) and fling them at the hologram (the large circle things that make up the towers do the most damage). This is the only way to inflict damage on him.
Once you hit him with an object GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE! Big Overkhast keeps emanating deadly Radial Blasts (the dome energy thing, a.k.a Thunder Clap when he's human-sized), and if one hits you, you have to waste precious time recovering, and it also gives him a boost in popularity with the crowd. The best way to avoid the Radial Blasts is to hide behind a platform or debris mound. Once it's over, begin your attack again!
The optimum strategy is to stay on the outer ring of the arena, picking up and lobbing large chunks of the towers while staying outside the range of his radial attack. Also, stay out of his range of vision so he won't use orb attacks; those orbs will follow you everywhere and you'll have to waste time recovering from them, too! Also, inactivity on your part will turn the crowd to his favor, so don't take too much time between blows.
Finally, here's the basic layout for fighting Overkhast:

The first thing you have to do is pick up something and fly. Then fly around him and throw what you are holding at him. Then keep on flying and pick something up then throw it at him. Try to stay up in the air as much as you can. And when he gets smaller get drown and kill him. I finished about 85% of Superman Raturns. I rally like this game.

Ok, you must use your super speed, to pick up and through the boxes...also use the blue beams on the floor the take more energy away..whe you are going to through the boxes or transister at him use super speed and run towards him and hit "X"...
Good luck..this is not the hardest fight in the game... I'm 65% done...

from personal experience when the guy (overkhast is his name) grows larger pick something up and throw it at him until he goes back to regular size. it takes some time because he loves to use those purple energy blast and and dome. dont get mad just keep trying.
