How many 8 1/2" by 11" papers can you put in an envelope before it starts costing more than 1 stamp?

Is 5 too many? It's just regular computer paper that I'm mailing.

The exact answer is 5 or 4 if there's a staple holding them together. I'm at work so I was able to weight it.

I think the limit is 5-6 pages, but I would weigh your item first. If it's over 1 oz, you'll have to add a stamp.

I think you can put about 3. I think 5 might be too much, but it won't cost you that much more.
