well since there is no question here, I'm going to assume that you're referring to a ouija board as some kind of withcraft. The answer then would be no, but it works better if you have a witch present or touching the scepter. If you go to any website that offers Wiccan or Pagan belongings or offering anything for sale, you will see "spirit boards" and those are the original types of ouija boards. a ouija is more of a spirit game than a witch game.

The Ouija Board is a sport. It has no connection to authentic Witchcraft, paganism or Wicca. ouija boards are used to contact the dead or something of that sort. Just don't use them or it or whatever. Its not natural and it just brings a whole lot of negativity around you. I don't know if you believe in the stuff or not but contacting dead people can never be a good thing. Go talk to real live people instead and hang out.
