I need some ideas for some things we can do during a Renaissance Faire Club Meeting.

You might want to start out the meeting asking the participants exactly what they have in mind for the club. Are you wanting to make gifts or trinkets to sell at the Renaissance Fair? Make clothes relevant to that time period? Maybe even act out some tales, recite some poems, or go over the history of well known people from that era.
I don't know exactly what you created the group for...so I can't offer much assistance. Arts and craft ideas are the best bet. If you were to print off some handouts about some clothing style and then make sketches based off of it to make for yourself later.
