How do I put a podcast on my ipod? I heard it is like a radio can someone put Espn on it?

In Itunes, click on the podcast tab. Go to the bottom of the page and look for a little arrow that says "podcast directory" next to it. Click on that and it will take you to a list of podcasts you can download or subscribe to.
