ok...i recieved elder scrolls IV Oblivion for christmas....and it was workinjg good but now it freezes up and takes forever to load...THIS IS PROBABLY THE STUPIDEST THING IVE EVER ASKED BECAUSE I MOST LIKELY KNOW THE ANSWER...but i was wondering if i could swap the game for another one of the same game.....and would i have to have the receipt....SO I DONT HAVE THE RECEIPT AND WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN SWAP THE GAME IN FOR ANOTHER ONE OF THE SAME GAME???

The only thing you could do is try to take it back. Even without the receipt, some companies might take it back, regardless. Which company though, reamins to be seen. Good luck.
