I see it too. I don't understand why people have to degrade another race just because they don't look like somone else. What the f*** difference does it make? Thats the whole point of people being different. And the worse part is, it's that people still teach hate to their children and grandchildren. How is society supposed to get past this if people are still teaching kids to hate?

There is a lot of racism in certain categories, such as this one (Cultures & Groups). There's no reason to get mad about it, because it'll just continue. Either ignore the racist questions/answers or challenge them in a respectable manner (even if the person who voiced these opinions aren't being decent themselves). I take the racism on this site as preparation for dealing with people in the real world, so it's like an educational experience for me, seeing how I live in a very sheltered environment.

I'm surprised that you could be at level 3 and just be encountering racism here.
It's really unfortunate, but I've come to believe that racism will never go away. There will always be racists. And, a fair share of them find their way to sites such as this to vent their narrowminded, hateful viewpoints.
I agree that one of the best things about us is our differences, but you'll never be able to prove that point to a racist. You just have to learn to weed through them here, to get to the people who post here with some quality and substance to their lives.

Some are idiots. Some have nothing else to do. Some just want to try and get reactions out of you. And then there's some who actually believe what they are saying.

Is it racism when someone disagrees with you? Isn't PC a racist convention? Can truth be racist (I am not implying that any one belief system is true)
Do any African Americans take offense to comments because they themselves have racist ideas?
