Yes in certain circumstances,like when the storm hit last week in Colorado and Wyoming and they couldn't get the mail out to the people,there was mail and packages being delivered as late as Christmas Day. I have some Friends who called to wish a Merry Christmas,and the Mailman showed up while we were on the phone with their packages from Family on the East Coast,so yes indeed it happens/happened this year.

Not on Christmas day. But I did see the mail person delivering mail on Christmas eve and it was on a Sunday this year.

I don't think it is normally but here in colorado we had deliveries this christmas because we had a blizzard that shut down the mail on Wed. and Thurs. and maybe even Fri. too I'm not sure about Fri.. though

not usually, but I sent a priority package to NY, from CT on Saturday, and I got a call Christmas morning thanking me for the package they had just been delivered...

No. Some overnight packages in certain areas are, but your everyday mail, no.

I think it was in Colorado this year because of the blizzard. But not normally.
