How do u put videos on your psp?

ok alot pf poeple are sayin make a new file. I get lost from there. Please give me realy descriptive answers casue im not excatly the most handy with a psp.
ok. i also need to know this. People are saying drag the videos and put it into your converter. I found videos like on gooogle videos. I do not know what part of that area do i drag to put into the converter. What is a free and really good mp4 converter. Please help!
