While i didn't see them at the bic (not a type of biro surely?) i saw them when they played Newcastle on the 6th December at the arena.

To be honest, i was a bit disappointed. No rendez vous, no plug me in, no you don't know me and a weird flamenco version of oh my gosh. They played too many songs from the new album (I'm sure if you're a purist, mega fan that's a good thing, but perhaps I'm just not enough of a fan).

They got the biggest cheer for splicing up Yeah Yeah by Bodyrox and Fedde le Grand's ...Detroit. They ended off with Where's your Head at which was ace and really got the crowd going.

It was a good night, spoilt only by the fact I've been to other gigs lately that were miles better. Had i not, i probably would have thought it was great.
