I know layering on a fragrance makes it last longer. Do any of u do this? What women's fragrance is best?

I have lots and lots of perfumes and body sprays, but none seem to last very long. I used to buy these 3 piece fragrance sets from Mary Kay that contained body wash, lotion and sheer fragrance mist (perfume). My favorite set was a scent called Pure Bliss and I'd always get tons of compliments on it and the scent would last several hours, unfortunately the set was discontinued several years back. What other gift sets are available that contain body wash, lotion and perfume that smell really good and last all day (doesn't have to be Mary Kay, just whatever u use that you've gotten compliments on when u used it). I have a budget of about $50 or less to spend. Thanks everybody.

One more thing, I don't like overpowering flowery fragrances, they give me major headaches. I prefer anything sweet and fruity. I really like vanilla and Vanilla Fields used to be one of my favorites, so something like that. Thanks

I really like mary Kay's Private Spa Collection because you can mix and match between the sugar scrub (which is awesome!) the body wash, the body lotion and the body spray. Romance and dreams are my favorite scents. Romance is a light floral with a lavendar scent. Dreams remind me of the ocean... Definately not floral, but so good!

I seem to get the most compliments from women when I wear Romance. But, my husband likes Dreams.

I don't know which fragrance is the best, but I have found that oils last longer than perfumes. There is more alcohol in perfume which dries and diminishes fast. Also, if you try using the fragrance sets such as the body wash, body lotion and then a spray the scent is stronger. The best thing to do is to apply the fragrance on the major points: behind the ears, the wrists and behind the knees.

I'm a guy and love women that smell good. I guess like men's cologne women's perfume's have different effects sometimes enhancing the fragrance when mixed with bodies oils. So I would say, it all depends on which fragrance you feel is compatible with your satisfaction.

As for long lasting fragrances, those are usually the ones that have a heavy distinct smell in the beginning, which I personally hate.

As for the best fragrances for women, I dont know much but I know some of the new ones such as Euphoria is a turn on. Britney Spear's fragrances are amazing too. I love the smell of Curious, its so flowery but oh so sexy. Fantasy is ok, smells like cotton candy...for real! Another favorite of mine which is fairly new is Escada Sunset Heat. Light, but sexy. I smelled Lovely on one of my female friends one time... and yeah..it sucked. Way too strong and overdone. Its a turn off. Another good one is one from Victoria's Secret, but I forgot the name. Anyways good luck !

You should try one of the Ralph Lauren fragrances. They smell sooo good. They even have shampoo, body wash and dusting powder which make it last even longer.

Another good fragrance is Victorias Secret Pink. it is cheaper but it also has dusting powder, body wash and lotion to go with it. if you go to www.victoriassecret.com you can get in on sale.

I don't layer It just seems like too much. I do think the cheaper the perfume the less it lasts. I like the one by Sara Jessica Parker Lovely. It's really great. Very light but beautiful. It is expensive though around $60.00

Personally, Elizabeth Taylor's White Diamonds has great lasting power. I layered the lotion, dusting powder, and eau de parfum last night after my bath and could still smell it this morning on my nightgown.

i will tell you one that works really well for me and it is Antonio banderas for her is smells really good and i get compliments all the time try it you will like it i can wear it and it always last till the next day until i take a bath GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY NEW YEARS
