i want to publish my book but how and where do i do that ?

its a fantasy book with cheracters named after people in my family in the book my step fother is a knite
my mom is a witch
my sister is a mirmade
im a pixy
my real fother an irish leprichon
and my step mom is an evil farie
its also about adventure and meeting new people
my step fother in the book go's out to find the ice breathing dragon in which turns people into ice scupltures .

Interesting. Be sure to mail a copy of your book to yourself. Leave it in the original unopened package. It's the simplest way to protect your copyright by proving when you wrote the book.

Double check your spelling. (knight, mermaid, leprechaun...) As far as publishers go, you have to send letters of inquiry to them asking whether or not they are accepting "unsolicted" manuscripts. Good luck. O, here is a link to publishersl

try googling book publishing, you should get some usefull links from there.
Heres a publisher i know right off hand: www.tor.com they published robert jordan and other good fantasy/SciFi authors
