Lock the car doors.
It does not matter what city you are in, if you are on a street named MLK you are in or close to the part of town with the highest crime rate.
Unfortunately it should not be this way, it is a terrible dishonor to a great man.

Thats a bit derrogatory, but somewhat true.
It's amazing that nearly every city in the country now has a MLK highway or Blvd.

Well, based on the location of it in my state, I'd lock the doors, shift into reverse, and get the heck out of there immediately!

Lock the doors...
They did that out in Oakland. Changed the notorious East 14th Avenue to "International Blvd." Same crime, different street name... It changes nothing other than someone's stationary.

I would lock my doors if the street was named after George W. Bush and even if it was brimming with white people.

> I make sure I've got a round in the chamber.
Leave the first chamber empty. That way, if you should lose control of the weapon, you have surprise on your side; you know the first shot won't do anything.

I'm certain YOU think "lock the car doors", and I'm certain that if I was in the car with you, I would think you were the dumbest, most ignorant person I had ever met.
