You need to boot it up in safe mode...
or
You need to boot up your computer, quicly put the system restore disc in, then shut it down.

Start is back up, then it will ask you if you want to restore, say yes.

I have a feeling this is the only way to do it.

Doing this system restore will erase EVERYTHING on the computer.

It will set it back to what it was like when you got it.

Hope I Helped!

It sounds like a hardware problem. Turn it off for a while and let it sit. See if it turns back on after about 30 minutes. If so you have an overheating issue. If not try to get into the BIOS by tapping either Delete, F1, F2, or F10 during boot up. Once you're in the BIOS use the set to factory defaults option. Save the settings and reboot. If none of this works you'll need to get it to a pro to take a look at it.

Hmmm, it could be that your hard drive has just crashed (I hope this is not the case). Try booting into Safe Mode (press F8 just as Windows starts to load after the Toshiba screen)...if that doesn't work, take it to a professional to have them diagnose it.
