I'm wary about hidden fees and things like that so I was wondering if I wanted to cancel a geocites pro website account, is there anything I need to know?

How do I cancel my GeoCities Plus or Pro plan?
To cancel your Yahoo! GeoCities plan:
Sign in to your GeoCities Control Panel.
Click the "Manage My Services" button in the upper-right corner of the page, then choose "My Services."
Click the "Cancel Plan" link under the plan you want to cancel.
Follow the instructions to cancel your plan.
Please note that your account will move to a dormant state when you cancel your plan. After you cancel, you will no longer be able to access your web site files, emails, control panels, and any other tools provided with your plan.
We strongly recommend saving copies of all of your files, including your web pages and emails, to your own computer before you cancel.

yes you have to call yahoo small business acounts and officially
cancel and then close down your site or transfer it to another host
if you so chose and let yahoo know what you plan to do as well
