they couldnt deliver a package to me because i gave them my p.o. box address. can i go pick it up at whatever location its at or how can i change the address?

YES. Call that location and you can most likely go by and pick it up. I've had to do this when I wasn't home and a package was delivered that needed to be signed for. Just have to arrange it w/ that location! Good luck!

I hope so!! But Fed Ex does not deliver to PO Boxes so it may have already been sent back to wherever you ordered it fom. This is not fun to hear, but they are real pain's in the butt about the whole PO Box thing sometimes! I would call ASAP with the info you have.

Yes, I've done so before. Or, if you have the routing number, you can call them and provide an alternate address, as long as you will be there (and be able to prove who you are) when they attempt to deliver it.
