There are some generalizations to be made and I think it depends on what we expect of the other person and what standards we set. Sometimes guys just cant do the talk thing yet I have met guys who can. Both sexes view the world differently. To start off with our hormones are different. Its hard to understand something we dont go through. Personally I try not to go to such extremes and say I hate men but rather there are just some things they will never be able to get but however my chick friends will.

The first has gotton away with discrimination at the work place time and again.

Nope, I love men. They make life so much more interesting. I don't understand when people make sweeping generalizations like that. It isn't fair to paint the whole sex with the same brush.
