I my opinion as a mother, yes.
My reasons:
Boys will be boys, they get out of control in all sorts of ways. They will tell too many other boys who will crash your party.You will have so many uninvited, unfamiliar boys there that you don't even know there you will have to call the police to clear your house of them. I know you are 12, but they don't care.
They are sexually crazy at this age and above, that's all they think about, even my husband would tell you this!
They want to experiment, with drugs, drinking, and girls!
They are not going to sit there like nice little boys and behave watching movies.
I used to think my mother was exaggerating for saying the same thing I am telling you. But sadly Mom told the truth.
Do yourself a favor, don't put yourself and your friends in this position, even "nice" boys will try anything. Been there!

No it would not be bad. Being 12 I am sure there is going to be a adult around.

Sure, just make sure the boyz ur inviteing are cool guys and they wont act like idiots. Make sure to have boy and girl games so the boyz and girls can play. make sure the movie is good for boys and girls. But ask ur parents though. Have fun!

no, and its sexist if your parents don't let you. your only 12 years old and if you had some guy friends why is that bad? just be selective on the movie you pick. make it something that will be okay for girls and boys to watch.

lol no.. my sister is 12 and she has boys over at the house all of the time. it;s fine as long as you dont do anything with them. u can have boys and girls come.. it will make the party more fun anyways.

I think it would be acceptable. ASK your mother and father first, though, and make sure there's an adult home so nothing happens. Don't let the guys bring their friends either!

If you don't, don't call it party, call it tea party... without boys is toooo boring, but be careful, so the boys behave, and don't act like some rude pigs...
