Need a better diagram. The adjacent angles are the ones that share a common line separating them.

should be c, 1 & 2, because if b, 1& 3 are adjacent, d would work too. therefore, 1 & 3 have to be opposite angles, making 2 & 4 also opposite angles (only options left). That leaves only one option, b - 1&2
