You can't prevent an administrator exercising administrator privileges.

Please spell check and proof read your postings. It's hard work dealing with pseudo-English like above and rude to us who have to read it.

I'm sorry i couldn't understand your question properly, but i will try to answer from myside.
What I understood is that you're trying to ask how can you prevent someone to have access to your documents, files and folders.
Well it depends how many user accounts you have set on your system and how many of them have administrative rights.
If you have more than one administrator then he can very well look into your documents, files and folders unless you have set your document as private.
As for other users who do not have administrative rights they cannot access your documents if you have set a user password to your account.
To set password to your account Click on Start> Click on Run> Type nusrmgr.cpl> Press Enter. This will open up your user's account. Choose your user name and then select create password.
If you have more than one administrator and you want to set your documents as private, then first check if you have simple file sharing enabled.
To see if it is enabled, Click on Start> Click on My Computer> On the menu bar click on Tools> Click on Folder Option> then click on the View Tab> Then scroll down the scroll bar and see if you have a check mark under "use simple file sharing". If its not there, put it back there, click on apply and OK.
Now Right click on "My Documents" and then click on Properties> click on Sharing Tab and put a check mark under "Make this folder private"
And its set and done.

Chris, just make yourself the only Administrator. All other accounts should show Limited. Make your password hard to quess. You may even want to use a password generator.
