Pray to God for guidance. Do you have any family that can support you? (emotionally) Please consider adoption over abortion. (your baby has a heart beat). I will say a prayer for you. Good luck and God Bless.
One more thing: Remember every child is planned by God. He has a purpose for you and this new baby. He thought you were special enough to give you one child and now a new life.

As a single mother , yous should already know that life will be harder for you , this child and the child you already have.My quick fix would be to have an abortion and then start a birth control program however I have done research on adoption and found that women who give children up for adoption are far more likely to prevent themselves from geeting pregnant again and are much more successful in life by obtaining a higher education. Children need both parents and because this child will be lacking a full time father stats show that the child will grow up to be hurt and cause problems in society. You know you cannot have this child right now.Focus on school and the child you already have, I'm sure you have plenty of years left to have children.Wait until you have the right, responsible man in your life, are married and have an education and enough money to support the child.

I think that you will be able to handle it. You are never given too much that you are not able to handle. Just keep your faith. If you don't believe in abortion then you are not going to be able to see someone else raising your baby. I know how you feel I am on a fixed income have over come some obstacles in my life. I have two little girls one is 4 the other will be 2 in Jan and I am six weeks pregnant but I see it as my blessing. Even though the Dad is acting like an ***. It is something they have to live with knowing how they have treated their own child. Girl Do your thing!!! Good luck put me on your buddy list so we can talk waterfalzz317@yahoo.com

Have you considered adoption? There are many couples who would be willing to give your child a home and you can even have an open adoption in which you can still see your child and they know who you are. Otherwise if you chose to keep your child I would make sure from day one that your boyfriend is paying you child support, get an order of child support from the court, dont even do the "I'll pay you when I can" thing, its his child too and he needs to support it.
I do however think the best thing is adoption though, there is no reason to have an abortion that you might regret when there are plenty of people out there that would give your child a wonderful home.

adoption is great in theory, but lets not run away with the notion that EVERY child put up for adoption finds lovely, fluffy parents to cherish it forever!!! There are far more children out there desperate for a family but are the wrong colour, size, age, height are numerous other things, according to some of these "kind" people who want to adopt. People want designer babies nowadays. Im NOT suggesting abortion, i think the best course would be for the child to be with its mum, but please think long and hard about your course of action. Once you have decided what u want to do, be strong with your decision and do what u feel best. Good luck honey, i hope it works out for you

My love, in spanish there is a phrase that says every baby is born with bread under his arm. Life will change and be diffucult, but keep in mind that everyone's life is hard in some respect. You'll find support somewhere no matter what you do. Don't listen to people who have never been put in a situation like this. They have no idea what it's even like...
Remember that everyone will suffer at sometime and you simply can't protect anyone, or promise a life without pain.
You'll learn to balance everything and one day wake up and realize that you couldn't imagine your life if it was any other way.

Hun, I am a single mom too. I have a 6 yr old girl, a boy that will be 2 tomorrow, and I am 17 weeks preg. I know the thought of having another mouth to feed is very scary, but there is always help for you out there. Go to your local family independence agency, they can offer all kinds of help. Food stamps, cash assistance, housing help, and even getting a car. Most states will pay up to $1000 for a car. You could even get rides to doc appointments until they find you a car. I hope things work out for you.

You have to make a decision that you can live with for the rest of your life. If you are a college student, then you are trying to do right with your life, why would your child suffer? A lot of people struggle, that is what makes us stronger. Remember pain nourishes courage. You can't be brave if you've had only wonderful things happen to you. Trust your instincts and you'll make the right decision. Good luck and God bless!

You don't have to have an abortion, there are lots of parents who would love this child as if it were their own. Don't make a decision based on what the father says he will do, because if he loves you he would not be putting pressure on you to have an abortion. Think about it. Hope this helps.

If you truly feel that having this baby in your care will be a burden, think about adoption. You can still stay a part of the child's life as it grows up, knowing that it will be in good care. You will be able to choose the parents and meet with them many times so that you feel completely comfortable about it. I'd say think about adoption. Hope this helps and the best of luck to you.
