Do i have a chance to win this law suit?
i went into a restaunt with my family last night and the service was lousey then our hostes says she is sorry but she has been sick since the day before then i go to pay for it im over charged for somthing i did not recieved the manager deducts it and agin apoliges and that his employ was sick then hours later geuss what now im sick

if the hostes knew she was sick why did she go to work and why did the manager let her stay if he knew

who are you going to sue? the restaurant or the employee? The restaurant is liable for not sending her home if she is sick. But the damages would be limited, unless you contracted a life threatening or ending illness.

frivolous lawsuits...this is why this country needs tort reform.

This would be a VERY thin personal injury action unless serious hospitalization was required and it could be proved by the preponderanc of the evidence the defendant actually passed the infection on to the plaintiff out of negligence.
VERY thin.... take 2 aspirin...
