More than likely, if he was on top especially, he just moved the gas along through your digestive tract. You could probably achieve the same results with the same actions (bumpin' an' a grindin') short of him actually being inside you. Have fun trying!

If you mean air escapes from your vagina, it's because the vigorous pumping action involved often traps air, no big deal.
If you mean that you actually pass gas from the rectum after sex, it is likely the vigorous activity has simply stimulated your bowels, everything is pretty close together down in that region of the body. Again, no big deal.
