It's not about the pot, it's about being lazy. Make him start paying rent (not too much but enough to cover food and teach him responsibility). Give him a deadline when you want the rent. Give him a second chance if he slips up. If not get him out of there. It's your responsibility as a parent to not let him get away with this. I smoke and pay my rent and buy groceries, and he can too.

If your son does not work, where is he getting the money to buy the marijuana from?
Put him out. Sometimes as parents we want to continue nurturing our children, but there is a time when you have to put your foot down. And, I think when your son is putting you at risk for criminal prosecution, now is the time. In case you don't realize it, if he has the marijuana in YOUR house, and he gets busted in YOUR house, YOU will be arrested also, and possibly putting YOUR house and YOUR belongings at risk for seizure.
Am I making my point clear. Quit aiding him, force him to get a job.
My son is 19 years old, graduated high school, decided not to go to college, has a good job which he works very very hard at, rents his own apartment, pays his own bills, and I am almost 100% sure he doesn't do drugs, because the job he holds subjects him to random drug screens... with that being said - 19 year olds can be responsible adults, so can your 20 year old if forced.
Good Luck ... parenting never really stops. As my grandmother says, little children little problems, big children big problems.

Send him to a rehab. but then again, whatever you do, mostly it's hard to work. He has to have the reality slapped to his face, then maybe... maybe he'll realize. As a parent, you can only support and wish for the best for your son, but he is still the one who live his life.

If he's living with you? Open the front door, put your foot in the middle of **** and kick him to the curb.
If you want to be more subtle - you should have given him packing boxes and tape for Christmas.

Kick him out on the street. And if he doesn't go then call the cops. If he gets caught in yourhouse with the weed then you will go to jail too.

if he lives with you,,ask him to go,,he can do what he likes in his own home,,if he lives away from you,,leave him with it,,some people need bad things to happen through their lifestyle to decide they need to make good.he isnt a child who needs looking after anymore he is a man and it sound like a man who still wants to be a child with no responsibilities,,isnt it time you looked out for yourself as you have done your job of raising him,now its his turn to use his own two feet.
