We would like to do something (with the kids) but do not want to face the crowds at the Tempe Block Party. Any ideas for a low key New Years? We were thinking of dinner out with friends, or a dinner party with friends, but are looking at more options. The last three years have been subdued as well, with dinner et al and we're looking for a change!

it's better to be at shelter for the kids cuz people get too drunk and crazy and have guns, they start shooting everywhere which is dangerous, my suggestion is go to your house, family's house,

I stayed on the Luxor. It became as quickly as outstanding. The nutrients's basically precise and the rooms are terrific. Take the King Tut excursion there. that is totally alluring. there may well be golfing, tennis, paintings shows, museums, highway shows, easy and water shows, and sturdy nutrients throughout. The strip has a sparkling Years Eve social gathering exterior and fireworks. Boulder Dam is community and fairly regardless of to be sure. there are a number of night golf equipment with all night dancing and partying. I even have lived in Vegas and visited there thousands of circumstances. I stay 95 miles from there now. i do no longer think of somebody that needs to have a remarkable time could ever be bored. there is greater to do than is additionally finished in an entire life. on your hotel room you are going to locate a mag called The Entertainer. which you will get a sort of regulations from it. Be clever and be unhazardous. don't wander off the strip via myself.

Have a few friends in and serve snacks. Have crackers and hats. If it is permitted in your area and you have the skills set off some fire works in your backyard. Ring in the new year by watching it on TV.

Or go to a more rural area where they will probably have community fireworks and the event will be quieter than in a city area.

Sometimes community centers and churches have special New Year's celebrations. Check to see what is happening in your area.

My husband and I used to do a hotel package....dinner, open bar, band, room for the night. We enjoyed it, but this year we have to decided to stay at home with our six year old, cook dinner...prime rib and baked potato (just like what they served at the hotel package), have some friends come over, couple bottles of bubbly and play some board games til midnight. Lots cheaper and safer.
