Look at www.mls.org - they do list land, though of course there are more homes.

If you're looking for the best value for the money, the best I know of at the moment is in Eastern Oregon. Still low prices and the climate isn't terrible. If your looking for places to do things and still have reasonable prices, try Coos county on the Oregon Coast. Some things have gone way up in price, but it's the best value on the Oregon Coast. In Washington, try looking at Long Beach and that area, as well as Chehalis and Castle Rock. Not to far from Portland or Seatlle, but still godd values to be had.
