Take it to a repair shop and get them to look at it for you.
Probably just needs a new fan but you sound inexperienced and a mistake can destroy your whole machine which will be far more expensive than a repair bill.

Fans do go bad, just replace it. If it is the fan for your power supply, get a whole new power supply, not just a fan for it.

Take off the sides of your tower and blow a housefan across it. Just be careful what you touch inside while powered on.

Replace the fan. Be sure to install it so it is blowing the direction the orig. fan was.
