You can find them in your Temporary Internet Folder.

1. Open IE browser, select Tools | Internet Options and pick General tab.

2. Click on Settings button in Temporary Inter Files section and click on View Files button.

Boom! There's all your Internet cookies and temp files!!

THEY ARE ALL RIGHT BUT IF YOU HAVE YOUR SECURITY SETTINGS SET YOU MIGHT NOT EVEN COLLECT THEM ON YOUR PC SO DON'T WORRY THERE IS ANOTHER WAY ITS IN THE CONTROL PANEL LOOK FOR SECURITY SETTINGS AND THEN CLICK ON DELETE COOKIES AND TEMP INTERNET FILES GLAD TO HAVE HELPED

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Cookies

Replace administrator with your username
ex.
C:\Documents and Settings\My User Name\Cookies
