Magnolia trees have the really big blossoms. Mimosa and cherry have much smaller blossoms.

Mimosa probably-- do the trees have brown beans with seeds in late summer?-- yep, mimosa--
Magnolia have dark green large shiny leaves with burgandy undersides, have huge creamy blossoms and the seed pod first looks like a pine cone, then you see the actual seed is red and nestled into the cone appearing holder.
So, with that information, mimosa is the tree.

yeah we do and they are beautiful. Cherry trees put out pink blossoms, but I'm sure there are others that do as well.

Maybe mimosa? They are kind of fuzzy pink blossoms.

They could also be Cranberry trees. There used alot in southern
minnesota because they can take a good freeze.
