express it in an artistic form. Write the most hateful letter to the person you are angry with in your diary and tell them what a blankity blank they are. write a song about how miserable their life would be without someone as wonderful as you. paint a picture of them with all the sores they will have for having wronged you.
After you have done something like this forgive them, in your soul, for being human. you should not forgive them to their face until they ask for forgiveness. But get over it. Don't let the person that angered you control your happiness. you are just as good as any other person on the face of the earth, maybe better than some. You have the right to the persuit of happiness. It is not always easy to find, but you have the right to persue it and you should not allow anyone else to sway your course. no matter what they did to anger you, you are in control of your happiness.

You need to learn strategies to deal with your anger in a constructive way. Often the best thing is to remove yourself from the situation that is provoking your anger. Go for a walk, run or jog, go to the gym and work out something physical but safe(NOT hitting walls and stray dog) is a good outlet. If you can't leave then change your focus count to 10, or 20 or 30 if you must, deep breathe and concentrate on controlling your emotions telling yourself to relax, visualize something that makes you happy. Many health centers etc run anger management classes which can really help ask your doctor or look around. Good luck

I rarely get angry at anything, but when I did...I just started looking at the brighter side of things. You can find something good in all bad and that's what you should do. When you're so upset about something, think of a good memory or picture what good can come out of the situation you are in that's making you upset. It's all in your mind and you have to take control. You can be happy all the time if you really wanted to, you just gotta tell yourself that everything is great and you are happy. It can be hard sometimes, but in those instances, you tell yourself twice as much that things will be fine. Everyone wonders how and why I'm always so happy all the time and it's because of that. I have bad things going on, but I don't let them get to me. I analyze, fix then go on. Try it out, or just go for a run or excerise whenever you are really upset. That can help too.

That would depend upon the reasons for your anger.
If it's over events in the past your best course of action is to let it go and realize that your anger is hurting no one but yourself.
If it's issues with anger management you must realize that your fear of getting hurt cause you to over react to any given situation, get angry, people leave you alone, you don't get hurt or embarrassed.

lots of things:
My favorite, running in bicycle, sing at karaoke device (now I understand why Japanese people invented it), but the most effective thing to do is writing, my better poems, letters or essays had been generated before a deep anger.

Well, the only way out - control it. I just stop doing whatever i'm doing at the time in case i spoil the work. Sometimes, i hit my fist to the wall with a great force and then yelp with pain!! :-)

When I feel angry I try to calm down and just breathe in and out. If you continue to think about what made you angry all it does is keep on bringing tides of emotions that make the situtaion worse. I just say to myself, "ok, calm down, don't think about it" and I start to do something productive.
