Yes, I do, but not for the answers...for help. I think it's a great tool to help, but it depends on how you use it, of course!
I feel that if you cheat and ask for an answer, your taking a chance of the answer being wrong and selling yourself short of knowing how to solve the problem.
You will be asked again the problem at a later time....so why not just save yourself time later to figure it out and learn how to do it right!?

I like to answer homework questions.
Generally, I try to answer them in such a was as to show "how" to get the answer. Just posting the answer doesn't help you learn how to do it.
Post away. I answer what I can, and there are loads of people eager to help. Just don't expect for people to do most of the work for you.

A lot of people do.
Some guys w/ take home tests give all the questions to the y!answer people.
In the time it takes them to type up the question and get answers, they could learn how to do it themselves.
But I answer them for the fun of it.

Lots of Y!A users do that. I don't mind helping too, if I can. But if the answers can be easily researched online, or if the asker is just too lazy to use his or her part of the brain, then I just normally dismiss it and proceed to other posted questions.

Yes, and learn nothing by doing it. The idea is to research, work it out for yourself, not to expect to be spoon fed the answers.
