You don't say how old you are or if you've had children, but it could be that you have weak pelvic floor muscles. Excersising these muscles to strengthen them can improve problems such as these and improve sexual enjoyment too - bonus!
If you want to find out more about possible causes and treatments, try googling 'urge incontinence' on the web (not saying you are incontinent, but thats what it is called if you ever are).

UTI, Urinary Tract Infection, go to your doctor, they will get a urine sample, test it and let you know. Or you could have weak bladder control, which means you need to do pelvic exercises. Strengthen your area.

Many possible causes already mentioned by other people, but here is one that hasn't been stated.
Go to the doctor and have yourself checked for Diabetes. That is what i did, and sure enough that is exactly what i have and the cause of my frequent urination.

That usually happens to me after I have my period. I'm not sure if it's normal or not, but I'm the same way. But, I've always had problems with my bladder. Just get it checked out if it isn't normal for you.
