Well, I downloaded this song from the internet and it was a song, but somehow, it was a windows media video file instead of an audio file, and so now I'm trying to figure out how to seperate the song from the so called "movie" even though there isn't really a movie that goes to it, it's just a blank screen, even though it is a video file.

The only way that I know of is to use some sort of digital audio recording program and play it through Windows Media Player as you record it to a WAV file in real time. This is how I managed to record music from subscription based services that do not allow you to directly burn the music to CD.
