Blue balls is a term people use to describe the pain that men feel when they get sexually excited and do not get to release. Same goes for women. For many women when they become sexually excited and do not get to release it can cause throbbing pain down there.

Well, technically yes. Blue balls is a term referring to pain a male gets from not having sex. A women can have these urges just as any man can but it isn't as common.
