When watching movies and playing video games (fictional worlds), I always get emotionally involved, and that kind of involvment lasts for long. I can't realize the emotional association with the ral world. The fact that I can't just dive and stay into fictional worlds causes depression and panic. How come?

Note: I especially enjoy survival horror movies as they take my mind off the depression.

Assuming you are not asking for help, just fascinated by your own personal universe, I can honestly answer that what you have is as common as tap water. If you get tired of it, you can always get out more, see other people, talk to them.

If your real world is ****** up, you might be hoping to get away from it as much as you can, especially if you're like me.
