I received a Bobbi Brooks sweater and it is too big for me....where do I return this item to exchange it?

For some reason the person who gave the gift, to me, is acting like they don't want to deal with it at all. It is an XL and I wear a Med or I would just wear it.
She may have gotten it on sale....who cares though, I like it but I just want a smaller size.

If it has a second sticker on it besides the price tag, try Macys.
Otherwise you need to find a local store which sells Bobbi Brooks and try to exchange it. (Sorry, I don't know where you are or I might know some stores . . . )

You need to exchange it at the store it was purchased in. Ask the person who gave it to you. Hopefully they still have the receipt or they got a gift receipt for it. But if they don't, as long as the tags are still on the shirt, you should still be able to exchange it without a receipt.
