Somewhat of a common problem, sadly. Call apple care and they'll probably have a method (usually ship it to them) to get the battery replaced.

you need to replace the battery.... you could bring it to apple care center and have the battery replaced... a cheaper alternative is to change the battery yourself... battery packs are available at electronics shops with complete instructions and tools to do the job... Good luck!

You probably have to contact the outlet you bought it from. they will be able to help you out with that.
