Or do you think he has taken his violations to a "whole new level" ?

His oath was to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution". But he has exceeded his Constitutional bounds and eroded our system of Checks & Balances by his illegal wiretaps, his exclusion of Congress in its proper supervisory role, his violation of Habeus Corpus, his detentions without Due Process, and his toleration of torture. He is more corrupt than Nixon, and more stupid than Reagan, who at least had half an excuse-- he was already suffering from Alzheimer's.

In submitting his Oath of Office, any violation is an impeachable offense.

One thing Bush never did is transfer missile guidance technology to the Chinese in exchange for campaign contributions!

Check it out if you don't believe me, US law prohibited the technology transfer and Bill Clinton signed the waiver himself against the advice from the secretary of defense and the director of the CIA.

When Dumbya says "the Constitution is just a GD piece of paper" and ACTS on shredding it with "signing statements" I think that is incompatible with "preserve, protect, and defend". That would be article one of an impeachment. Down with Dictator Dumbya!!!

Yes.

Now for John: Okay dude let's talk about issues. Using national intelligence officers to perform acts of domesticd spying on US citizens. For the first time in this nation's history creating new policies and laws (thanks to the Conservative congress and the President's signature) enabling the President to deny the writ of habeus corpus for US citizens. And worst of all, continuing to preach and encourage the same kind of divisiveness that you use in your answer. This nation is as strong as the ties that link it's citizens together. When we weaken the constitution and encourage divisiveness we strengthen our enemies. Here's a quote from a man that you surely can't call a death to America liberal. "A house divided against itself cannot stand." Lincoln, the first Republican President said that during the civil war. It applies just as well today. When you call names and use immature generalizations to encourage divisiveness you encourage our enemies in a way no 'death to America liberal' can.

So here's an issue for you, why are you working so hard to weaken our nation in the face of its enemies?

That question cannot be answered the way you put it. But I'll try...
NO! Bush did not violate his oath of office nor has he taken it to a 'whole new level...'

No, he has done what any president in his position should do. Clinton was an anti-war chicken, thank God Bush was our president when America was attacked.

Nope, don't see any violations. Have you ever read what a president is to uphold?
