Really? I find it hard to believe you were born with black eyelashes and blond hair, but okay, if you're that naturally striking, please do not interfere with nature. Those instructions in magazines are for people who are dying their hair and want everything to come out balanced. However nature has it's own balance for your unique face.

Yes but all you read is not perfect for everybody; as fashion trends also. If you have honey blonde natural hair, you have what it came naturally for your personal looks. But if you are an artificially colored person, obviously black eyebrows are too harsh. Try to clear them a little and lower the tone with oxygen peroxide or the tone you use in your shampoo.
Eyelashes in black look beautifull in everyone. Don't use honey eyebrows and put black liner in your eyes. It is a matter of combining the correct colors for your complexion.

You've made two contradictory statements. First you said your eyebrows should be darker than your hair; then you said your hair should be darker than your eyebrows. Here's a good question--do you think you look funny? Stop wasting your time reading other people's opinion on "the right way to look". Figure it out for yourself. If you were born with that color combination, how can it be wrong?

I have blone hair, but light brown eyebrows, I don't think that's weird. Also I can't think of any except people, with dark brown or black hair, that have hair darker then their eyebrows.

Don't listen to what magazines tell you. They seem to focus on giving people a low self esteem so that they can sell redundant beauty products.
People who write those articles barely graduated community college and are no authority on anything other than how to get a job at a magazine. Some of the worst grammatical errors in print are in magazines.

Not true...how would someone with white/gray hair look with black brows? As long as your brows are a visible frame for your face and don't complete with your hair color, all is good.

My eyebrows are lighter than my hair. It just depends on your particular genetics. You can't put "shoulds" on genes.
