I have a U.S PSP and I live in Germany, if i were to go to a german electronic store and buy a PSP game, would it work

PSP are region locked, but PSP games are not region locked, so any games that you buy from anywhere can be used on the PSP.

I know someone who has a Japanese PSP, and he could play my US games on his Japanese PSP.

Not true about the 360 being able to play any games from any countries. The games are region locked, so you can't play NTSC games on a PAL 360, and vice versa. The 360 is also region locked.

Yes it would work. You can buy a psp from any where in the world and play a games from anywhere in the world... you can also do this on the ds, xbox 360 and ps3

i asked the same question before..as what they told me.there's no region code for games..but the movies has.
