Which dell Inspiron? No one can check the specs without that info. However, I have a dell inspiron and I love it and highly recommend it.

depends on what you need it for. For watching DVDs HP has better screens. If you just need a all around good computer seek a third option. For games go with Dell. For durability go with HP. For battery life go with HP. For the dollar go with HP. For a shipping department that will take so long that your computer will be obsolete when you get it go with Dell. But thats my opinion

i usually look at the one with the best screen and best graphics first ....
