The answer is Analogous structure. Analogous structures are defined as body parts that serve the same function in different organisms, but differ in structure and embryological development; eg, the wings of insects and birds.

Vestigial Structures are "nonfunctional remains of organs or structures that may have been functional in ancestral species and may still be functional in similar species; examples may be the appendix in humans and dewclaws of dogs."

Homologous Structures have similarity in structure due to common descent, irrespective of the diverse uses to which they may be put. Eg vertebrate forearms: human hand, bat wing, dolphin flipper.

I've never heard of mimic structure and can't find a definition, but that doesn't mean the terminology is not used.
