Mind your own business.
What are you basing this on? If they have a lot of people coming over to their house recently, then remember it is the holidays. Middle Eastern people also have the same holidays off as you and I. They will want to meet friends and have fun just like you and I.
It's not worth it to cause hurt and pain to your neighbor and his family unless you have extremely strong evidence they are in a terror cell.

I dunno know. I do think that about my neighbors though.
It is different European men in and out of there for the last three months. It is very odd, never at the same time, never a man and a woman. Just men, men with accents, non American men.
Maybe it is a company apartment though so I dont want to jump to conclusions.

Contact the nearest office of Homeland Security as well as the nearest FBI. BUT....I would be pretty darn sure before doing so. At least as best I could be.

I'd be damn sure, then report it. Most likely, I would try reporting them for something else, something minor, just to get the authorities in. Then, they could hopefully find whatever evidence of terrorist activities they would need.

i would get myself a pair of binochulars and see what hes up 2 at night. id also be like -can i borrow some flour- hoping for a ticket inside. i mean you cant plant something like that on him until you have evidence.

call as a concerned citizen, do not have to give your name and let them know, also you can call department of homeland security and do the same, call from a pay phone. But do something.

Ask if I could join them, infiltrate their cell and blow them to smitherines. Or just call the authorities.

(1) Take them duck-hunting ...Dick Cheany style; or
(2) Sift throught their garbage cans and find out what kind of toilet paper they use because I think that can say alot about a person
